Child safety standards

ChristLumen has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the whole app: posts, videos, images, comments, profiles and private messaging.

It is strictly prohibited, in any form:

• to post, share, request or keep any content that sexualises a minor: images, videos, text, drawings or links;
• to seek contact with a minor for sexual purposes (grooming), including through private messages;
• to threaten, blackmail or manipulate a minor, or to ask a minor for images of themselves;
• to promote child exploitation, or to facilitate the trafficking or endangerment of a minor.

Every user can report a child safety concern directly in the app by choosing the “Child safety” reason:

• on a post, video or content: ⋮ menu → “Report” → “Child safety”;
• on a profile: ⋯ menu → “Report this profile” → “Child safety”;
• in a conversation: open the person’s profile → “Report” → “Child safety”.

You can also write to us, even without a ChristLumen account, at support@legaftech.site, describing what you saw (profile name, link or description of the content). Never send an abuse image or video yourself: only describe it.

A “Child safety” report immediately alerts our administrators, ahead of all other reports. When a violation is confirmed:

• the content is removed and its files deleted from our servers;
• the responsible account is suspended and can no longer sign in;
• the report and the necessary information are kept, even if the content or account has been deleted;
• the facts are reported to the competent national and regional authorities, as required by law, and we cooperate with them.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services in your country right away, even before reporting it to us.
